To prophesy, the future must be predetermined. Jesus himself does a fair amount of prophesying. How might we divide that which is laid beforehand and that which happens by chance?

Jesus added nothing to the law except one thing that no man had ever added to the law: His perfect obedience. This is certainly one way Jesus came to fulfill the law.
